This ambitious and challenging role of Global Program Manager – Strategic Accounts is responsible for managing our commercial activities for our Key and Global accounts.  Reporting into the Executive Manager – Commercial Industries, this position is a key part of the Atradius Collections Leadership Team and will be responsible for leading and implementing an effective commercial program.   •  Proven expertise as a senior manager gained within Financial Services industry, in an international environment responsible for implementing new processes and managing change

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, fluency in English essential and a second language is beneficial (preferably French, Dutch or German).

The Client Relations Team (CRT) is responsible for ensuring business retention and developing the existing customer portfolio with the aim of maximizing customer profitability.  This ambitious and challenging role is responsible for the Account Management strategy within the Americas region (USA, Brazil, Mexico and Canada). Job description

As an Associate Collector, you will be responsible for the recovery of monies owed to clients in respect of credit insured transactions, bonds and of uninsured debts placed for collections. 

In this position your key responsibilities are:

  • Managing a portfolio of debts, implementing the agreed processes and systems to achieve desired goals and results.
  • Contacting debtors by telephone in order to successfully collect on the debt that they owe.
  • Making follow-up communications a priority to ensure that customers keep their commitments.
  • Owning and maintaining the day to day relationship with client, debtors and 3rd parties  alongside direct debt chasing including negotiation over recommended action
  • Managing case value of EUR 10,000 or below.
  • Improvement of collection processes and results; reduce time to collection; decrease operating expense and/or Schedules reminder calls or escalates process; including a final notification that outlines next step if payment is not received.
  • To assess the cost effectiveness of taking legal action and prepare suitable cases for transfer to the in house legal team or external parties
