Caroline Leushuis - Atradius CollectionsCaroline Leushuis

Senior Manager DACH Region

Caroline Leushuis was appointed Manager Control & Pricing in January 2010.

She is responsible for managing the International Control Team. Her role focuses on operational, commercial and financial reporting and analysis. This includes facilitating the budgeting process and forecasting cycles, as well as managing projects. These have included Strategy Pricing and Roadmap to Success, which involved the improved alignment of Atradius Collections reporting to Atradius Credit Insurance.

Prior to this Caroline was Commercial Manager White Label at Atradius Collections. Caroline joined Atradius in 1996. Her previous positions included roles at Incassobureau Ommen and Deurwaarderskantoor Smit Ommen.

Emma Gardner | Atradius CollectionsEmma Gardner

Sr. HR Manager

Emma Gardner joined Atradius Collections in August 2008 and was appointed Global HR Manager in June 2010.

She is responsible for devising and driving employee relations and human resources policies, programmes and practices. Her role oversees the recruitment of all Atradius Collections employees and their ongoing career development, including training and career progression management, aligning this with the company’s strategic direction.

Prior to Atradius, Emma worked as Human Resources Business Partner for international business communications firm, Avaya, and Global Vice President of Human Resources for Ubiquity Software, which developed SIP-based applications and software development tools.

Hans van SchaikHans van Schaik

Executive Manager Commercial Banking & Insurance

Hans van Schaik was appointed Executive Manager Commercial Banking & Insurance in June 2015.

He is responsible for developing the business within the Financial Industry sector, especially focusing on the order-to-cash cycle and the Atradius Collections’ products: Invoice Checking, First Party Collections and Standby Services. His role also involves developing and promoting the relationship Atradius Collections has with Atradius Credit Insurance on a global basis.

Prior to Atradius Collections, Hans held the position of Managing Director of BNP Paribas Factor and Chief Financial Officer at Fortis Commercial Finance Holding in the Netherlands (where he took General Management responsibility for the European Region).

Martijn BrouwerMartijn Brouwer

Sr. Manager Commercial Industries & Marketing
Martijn Brouwer was appointed Commercial Director in November, 2015.
He is responsible for leading Atradius Collections’ commercial strategic direction including: Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. His role involves developing global accounts, overseeing the Marketing Department’s the online ecommerce strategy and ensuring the Customer Service Department continues to deliver enhanced quality levels of service. His experience includes the creation and implementation of new distribution channels for Atradius Collections via an online sales platform. 
Martijn joined Atradius Collections in 2007. Prior to that he was Sales Manager at Dun & Bradstreet in the Netherlands as well as holding several international sales and marketing managerial  positions at Sony Europe.

Raymond van der LoosRaymond van der Loos

Managing Director

Raymond van der Loos was appointed Managing Director of Atradius Collections Worldwide in October 2006.

He is responsible for growing the business’s top line and for increasing the overall efficiency of the Global Business Unit in order to improve its profit contribution to the Atradius Group. His role also includes expanding the international integrated Collections services and solutions for Atradius Collections.

Prior to joining Atradius, Raymond worked for GE where he gained experience in various international positions in the financial services branch of GE Group. His background is in developing, integrating and optimising cross border receivable management operations in order to enhance cash management and organisational efficiency performances.

Rudi de GreveRudi de Greve

Executive Manager Operations

Rudi de Greve was appointed Executive Manager and Global Operations Director of Atradius Collections in June 2008.

He is responsible for leading the operations and technology for Atradius Collections throughout the world. His role involves ensuring both the day-to-day operations of the business and the company’s systems and technology are consistently and successfully driving the business strategy forward.

Prior to this Rudi has held various positions within the Atradius Group. These include managing the Claims Department for the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Belgium and France. Before joining Atradius, Rudi worked in the Car industry (VW/Audi) as Insurance manager, in Legal Insurance (ARAG) as an international expert and in a family owned business in the European service delivery arena.

Sr. Manager Finance & Control

Rui Marques da Silva was appointed Finance Director of Atradius Collections Worldwide in 2015.

As the Global Head of Finance for Atradius Collections, Rui has overall control and responsibility for all financial aspects of company strategy and advises on the clearest path of growth for the business. His strong leadership skills are used to co-ordinate the international team, focusing on process improvement and change management.

Prior to joining Atradius Collections, Rui worked for Hilti in Portugal and Belgium. Rui joined Atradius Collections in 2011 as the Regional Finance Manager in charge of South European countries. From there he progressed and took over the responsibility for the Belgium entity.

Stefan BasiliadesStefan Basiliades

Sr. Legal and Compliance Manager

Stefan Basiliades was appointed Legal and Compliance Manager of Atradius Collections in February 2008.

He is responsible for managing and coordinating Atradius Collections Holding’s legal and compliance activities and initiatives worldwide, in over 21 legal entities, branch offices and jurisdictions. His role involves to provide legal support and advice on mainly regulatory, corporate law and contractual matters and to ensure the control of a global compliance framework.

Prior to Atradius Collections Stefan worked in various positions at Record Bank in Belgium. These included Legal Advisor and Head of Debt Collection.
