The Client Relations Team (CRT) is responsible for ensuring business retention and developing the existing customer portfolio with the aim of maximising customer profitability within the region.   As the CRT Manager you will be actively involved in the management of customer portfolios, playing a key part in revenue generation, risk management and will act as key customer interface for the Company. Main responsibilities

    • Review opportunities to improve the local set up, processes and structures. Formulate priorities and strategies and align these with the stakeholders to implement these. Leverage initiatives from the unit and implement them in the region to optimise delivery.
    • Ensure that Collections complies with all audits, accounting and reporting requirements as set by regulatory bodies in the markets within Collections locations

 

  • Develop management mechanism in the finance function
    • For purposes of minimizing the financial risks and to optimise workflows within own department and cross functional
    • Review and evaluate cost reduction opportunities and Identify and Initiate measures to improve short-term and long-term profitability
  • Take a lead in projects within unit,
    • Representing Finance Collections as a whole
    • Providing feedback to the finance community on progress and developments

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s  or University degree in accounting, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong previous accounting experience in a service environment, some experience as a controller would also be advantageous

Job description

As an Associate Collector, you will be responsible for the recovery of monies owed to clients in respect of credit insured transactions, bonds and of uninsured debts placed for collections. 

In this position your key responsibilities are:

  • Managing a portfolio of debts, implementing the agreed processes and systems to achieve desired goals and results.
  • Contacting debtors by telephone in order to successfully collect on the debt that they owe.
  • Making follow-up communications a priority to ensure that customers keep their commitments.
  • Owning and maintaining the day to day relationship with client, debtors and 3rd parties  alongside direct debt chasing including negotiation over recommended action
  • Managing case value of EUR 10,000 or below.
  • Improvement of collection processes and results; reduce time to collection; decrease operating expense and/or Schedules reminder calls or escalates process; including a final notification that outlines next step if payment is not received.
  • To assess the cost effectiveness of taking legal action and prepare suitable cases for transfer to the in house legal team or external parties
  • Respond to standard customer queries in a timely manner

In addition to the relevant experience in debt collections preferably within the business to business environment, the ideal candidate will have the following skill profile:

Job description

As a Client Relations Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for the customer and will be actively involved in the management of customer portfolios. You will be responsible for revenue generation, risk management and will act as a key customer interface for the Company.

In this position your key accountabilities will be to:

  • On an ad-hoc basis be required to present to and visit both Atradius Credit Insurance Customers as well as Intermediaries and Brokers
